Our courier will sign for your package on behalf if needed. Please expect some delays in shipping due to the current situation. Thank you for continuing to support small local businesses during this uncertain time****

Returns Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns. However if you are really unhappy with your product you have received or believe it is damaged please send us an email as soon as you can (this claim must be made within three working days of receiving item).

 We now can offer shipping to our friends in Australia, this is at a set rate and is untracked. 

Shipping NZ All of our products are shipped to you via Courier Post. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $6 (including rural addresses).

Our service is tracked and once your item/s have been shipped you will receive an email to the email address you left us at checkout (please check your junk mail if you have not received one in the time mentioned below).

Please remember I am a mama first, work part time and also run my small business on the side so turnaround time can be up to one week plus shipping :) 

Please ensure you type the correct address, if a package gets sent back to us due to incorrect address additional postage fees will apply.

From time to time shipping can be delayed due to courier time frames (especially over peak times, christmas, public holidays etc). Once it has left our HQ we can't be responsible for delivery times. We will however try our best to communicate these to you if we can at the time. 

Caring for your Earrings thank you for your purchase of your new Colour Me Earrings. These were made with love just for you. Here are a few tips to keep them looking beautiful and long lasting. Please always remove earrings before bed or showering/swimming. Be gentle removing the butterfly, hold the earring base while pulling butterfly. Store in a safe place and out of reach of children. Due to small part these may pose a choking hazard.
